Normativa sull'annullamento

A conferma della prenotazione possono essere richiesti i dati di una carta di credito.

La carta di credito è richiesta come garanzia di prenotazione e non verrà addebitata fino alla fine del soggiorno. Non è necessario pagare con la stessa carta di credito fornita per la prenotazione. La carta di credito verrà addebitata solo in caso di modifica/cancellazione della prenotazione a partire da 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo. Si prega di leggere attentamente la nostra politica di cancellazione*

*Politica di cancellazione:

La disdetta delle prenotazioni effettuate senza rispettare il termine e le modalità previste comporterà per il cliente il pagamento delle penali di seguito indicate, calcolate percentualmente sulle tariffe corrispondenti alla tipologia dei servizi forniti. I termini relativi alle disdette delle prenotazioni dovranno essere conteggiati a partire dal giorno di inizio del soggiorno.

Cancellazione fino a 8 giorni prima dell'arrivo = nessuna penalità

Cancellazione da 7 a 0 giorni prima dell'arrivo = sarà pari al prezzo di 1 notte di soggiorno.

In caso di partenza anticipata verranno addebitate tutte le restanti notti.

In caso di cancellazione non comunicata verrà addebitata la somma totale del soggiorno.

You are not required to pay with the same credit card you have provided during the reservation.

Your credit card will be charged only in case of booking modification/cancellation from 14 days before your arrival. Please read the following cancellation policy:

The cancellation of a booking will involve for the client the payment of the following penalties, calculated in percentage on the rates corresponding to the typology of the services provided. The terms related to the cancellation of the booking must be counted beginning from the first day of the stay.

Up to 8 days before the arrival date = no penalty

From 7 to 0 days before the arrival date = we will charge the cost of one night.

In case of early departure, the remaining days will be charged.

In case of no-show the total amount of your booking will be charged.
